ROSEMARY BLUEBERRY SMASH

  • 7-8 Blueberries

  • 1 rosemary sprig, stripped

  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice

  • 4-8 ounces sparkling mineral water

  • 1 -2 drops stevia *optional

  • Ice

Instructions:  Gently muddle blueberries, rosemary leaves, and lemon juice in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add optional stevia and ice. Cover the shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain contents into a glass. Top with sparkling water and stir to incorporate.


COCONUT CUCUBMER LIME MINT COOLER

  • 4 Cups coconut water

  • 2 Cucumbers sliced very thin

  • 1/2 cup lime juice

  • 1/4 cup mint leaves

  • Optional Stevia

Instructions: Combine coconut water, cucumber, lime juice, mint leaves and optional stevia into a pitcher. Let it chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours.


Pome Blueberry Mojito

  • 10 fresh mint leaves

  • 10 fresh blueberries

  • 5 ounces Pomegranate

  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice

  • Sparkling Water

Instructions: Muddle the mint and blueberries together in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add Pomegranate and lime juices. Add ice and shake vigorously. Pour into a tall glass over ice and top with sparkling water. Add a mint sprig to garnish.


Peach Soda

  • White peach or another fruit vinegar (I love the vinegars from tiwstedoliveimports.com)

  • 8-16 ounces seltzer, chilled

  • Try adding fresh mint leaves, lemon/lime juice, or cucumber for added taste

Instructions: Pour seltzer in a tall glass with ice. Stir in 1-2 tsp vinegar to the water and create a variety of choices by adding your choice in herbs , lemon juice, or thinly sliced cucumbers.
