One of our main missions at Mind Body Spirit Squad is to bring you tools for elevating to brilliant health.

It’s easy to get into a routine with self care, forget to mix it up, and not sufficiently feed yourself on all sides of the body, mind, and soul equation.

We want to gift you with one of our favorite tools. The Nourishment Menu co-created by on of our Squad leaders, Courtney Riley and her dear friend, Venessa Rodriguez. Venessa Rodriguez is a functional nutritionist, intuitive nourishment guide and host of the Feed Your Wild Podcast.
