The process of Yoga Nidra is truly accessible for anyone who can comfortably lay on the ground. To practice Yoga Nidra, you will lay on the floor with supportive props to make the body as relaxed and at ease as possible. This class is appropriate for any level of practitioner.

During our 1.5 hours together, there will be 5 minutes of discussion of Yoga Nidra and creation of your Sankalpa/ Intention, 45 Minutes of gentle yoga postures to loosen your spine, increase your breath capacity, and unwind; all in preparation for your 40 minutes progressive relaxation practice + Yoga Nidra.
