Work with me one-on-one, and together, we will infuse your practice with customized elements you desire and need at this specific moment in your life. Private and Semi-Private yoga instruction involves poses (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama), and relaxation and meditation techniques just like a yoga class, but in a private or semi-private group setting. We will discuss your individual goals and design a practice that fits your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs. Private sessions are great for anyone, whether you’re a beginner who wants to learn the ropes or an advanced practitioner who wants to deepen their understanding. Semi-Private sessions (typically 4-8 people) are fun for friends, parents and children, spouses or corporate groups who want to create space and time to be together while focused on health and wellness.

The Breathing Room is an amazing collaborative space I share with a few of my closest friends. The Breathing Room is here for you to create some space, check in with your “Self” and get curious about the foundations of yoga.
