Zoom Yoga Nidra February 5th and/ or March 5th via Yogaview


Please join me Friday January 8th, February 5th, and/ or March 5th at 6-7:15pm CST on zoom via Yogaview for an opportunity to rest your physical body and give the gift of presence and ease to your emotional and mental bodies.

You can join from anywhere.

During our 75 minutes together, we will do about 20-25 minutes of gentle movement and a breath practice to loosen your spine, increase your breath capacity, and unwind; all in preparation for your 30-40 minutes progressive relaxation practice called Yoga Nidra.

During Yoga Nidra, you are guided through relaxing breath work and visualization by spoken word. Then, gently brought back to the conscious state.

To practice Yoga Nidra, you will lay on the floor with supportive props to make the body as relaxed and at ease as possible. This class is appropriate for any level of practitioner who can comfortably lay on the ground.
